  2. Tags: All original tags and packaging must be attached and intact.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale Items: All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Charms & Small Accessories: These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Gift Cards: Purchases made using a gift card will not be refunded. Instead, a new gift card of the same value will be issued.

Refund Eligibility

  • Default Items: Only items with manufacturing defects or quality issues will be eligible for a refund.
  • Change of Mind: For change-of-mind returns, store credit will be provided instead of a refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
